Today’s post is all about working it out. I know spring just started but summer will be here before you know it. Now is the time to start putting in the work for your summer body. All the videos below can easily be done at home and require no equipment. All you need is enough space to move around and get active.
Chole Ting – Get Abs in 2 Weeks
First up is a quick but very very intense ab workout. It consists of 21 exercises, 30 seconds per exercise, 2 exercises back to back and you get a 10 second rest in between. Sounds like a lot and you will probably have to push through the first couple of times but like most workouts it gets easier the more you do it. I was consistently doing this at the beginning of quarantine and could definitely see the results.
Holly Dolke – 1 Week Flat Stomach Workout
This video was recommended by one of my best friends and I fell in love with this workout instantly. These ab exercises are still intense but much easier to do than Chole’s video. This is definitely a good one if you are trying to get back into the swing of things.
MadFit – 15 Min at Home Leg/Butt/Thigh Workout
Typically when I workout I focus mainly on legs and this is one of my favorite videos to go to. It’s a leg/butt/thigh workout which is perfect for getting your lower body nice and toned. Another quick video but at the end you will be feeling this for sure. I also love it because it includes resistance bands (which I love for toning).
MadFit – Toned Legs and Round Booty at Home Workout
This is another lower body workout which again does not require any equipment. What I love about this workout is that it’s a no repeat workout. Each exercise is new and fresh. You don’t have to mentally prepare yourself to repeat that set you were barely able to get through. This one also focuses mainly on your booty which is a must have in any workout routine.
Body Project – 30 Min Fat Burning Home Workout
So this is my go to workout if it has been a little bit since I’ve been active. It’s a total body, 30 min workout but is very low impact (we love a good low impact workout). Nice beginner workout to get you back into the flow of things. I also like that this workout is fully standing. So you’re not getting up, sitting down, getting up, etc. I add my resistance band to some exercises if I am trying to make them a little harder.
POPSUGAR Fitness – No Equipment Cardio & HIIT Workout
I usually do this video when I am trying to ramp my workouts up. This has 3 different circuits in addition to a warmup and cool down. This is another 30 min, full body workout. And trust me it works the entire body. It’s a HIIT workout so there aren’t that many breaks in there. I typically do this if I want to add some cardio into my workout (I’m not really big on treadmills or ellipticals).
POPSUGAR Fitness – 500 Calories in 45 mins
This video right here is a WORKOUT baby. You literally burn 500 calories in 45 mins. It is intense and you are basically moving for a majority of the workout. I definitely have to pause this one and take some extra breaks but you feel so good once you’re able to push through. I personally would only recommend this one once you get into the groove of working out on a regular basis. But if you’re feeling ambitious do your thing!
